This course is designed for active SQF practitioners to learn how to get organized and engage the team in using advanced methods to effectively manage the QMS, focusing on use the Internal Audit program and other inputs to administer, maintain, and enhance the site’s SQF system; effective use of corrective action/preventive action process, identify trends and continuous improvement; develop effective communication with senior management to elevate the site’s commitment to food safety and Food Safety Culture of your organization; develop and prioritize key performance indicators to assure continuous improvement of the SQF system.

What are the Prerequisites?

-At least one successful (C-complying rating or higher) SQF certification/ recertification process as a designated SQF practitioner.
-An HACCP training class that includes a final assessment.
-The “Implementing SQF Systems” examination.

This is a 2-day class, Instructor-led instruction offered by PCR Corp., SQF-licensed Training Center.
