Full refund or transfer will be permitted if the course cancellation is made 30 days or more before the course start date. Cancellations made within 21 days but at least 14 days before the course may result in a 50% refund, while cancellations within 14 days of the course are generally non-refundable. If a participant fails to attend a course, they are usually liable for the full course fee.
